Ding Dong Ditch.

Standard

Growing up, we had a neighbor that on the 1st of May every year would play Ding Dong Ditch.

Ding dong ditching, also known as ringing and running is a neighborhood prank that’s been around for ages. If you’ve never played….lie.to.me.now,  it involves ringing the doorbell of a random house and running off before you get caught.

Each May Day we would open the door all we saw was something like this.

with a note that said Happy May Day!

I guess it’s true, April Showers do bring May Flowers.

So in continuation of that trend, I’ve tried to remember to surprise people with flowers on May Day every year to say Thank You or Just Because

Over the last week, my team has worked exceptionally hard on some very big showers storms – with tight deadlines on projects that either fell out of thin air,  or were not fully baked, yet had to move.  If you’ve ever heard the expression you cannot have Fast, Cheap and Good at the same time, I promise you that they’re miraculously proving this wrong.

They’ve been tireless in their efforts to keep things moving, committed to delivering the best work and continue to fake it until they make it smile along the way.

Ding Dong Ditch.

Spider Mums – because they’re modern, fun, lively, strong, colorful and long-lasting.

Thank You -not just because – because you’re amazing, strong, lively, colorful and tireless.

When was the last time you played Ding Dong Ditch?  Did you leave anything behind?

What is your favorite flower?
