Kitchen Sink Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips*
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips*
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (if desired)

* Note you can sub chocolate chips for anything – chopped chocolate, M&M’s, peanut butter chips etc.

  1. Preheat Oven to 375*
  2. Beat together butter, sugars and graham cracker until light and fluffy
  3. Blend in egg and vanilla
  4. Add combined flour, baking soda and salt
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts
  6. Bake in pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.  Cool about 3 minutes before removing to wire racks.
